Key Responsibility:
Winning & Acquiring Clients:
  • Identify and on-board new AOR agencies to expand Hammer’s market reach.
  • Develop tailored pitches to showcase Hammer’s execution capabilities and competitive edge.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with agencies and their client accounts.
  • Develop customized service models that Hammer’s services into brand activation strategies.
Client Relationship & Growth:
Align with agency needs.
 Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams:
Provide market insights and client feedback to strategy & innovation teams to enhance service offerings.
Policy Compliance & Reporting:
  • Ensure all client dealings follow Hammer’s pricing, contractual, and operational policies
  • Maintain updated records of interactions, deals, and projects on CRM.
  • Provide Daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, forecasts, and revenue growth.

  • Who understand how the productivity can measure of the team and effective turn around of the project cycle from design to its rework to its acceptance.
  • Matured yet Friendly persona who can be absorbed by team
  • Extremely good in understanding brief and it’s conceptualization( if this is there; a person can guide).
